In an effort to ensure that sustainability opportunities are evaluated throughout our portfolio, we have developed a rating system that scores each property based on factors related to energy and water use, waste management, sustainability practices, health and wellness and other sustainable practices. Visit the criteria page for specific measures used to evaluate properties. Also visit the certified properties page that list properties that have achieved this certification.
