Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain Receives $14,000 from TCF Bank to Help Support Educational Programs

TCF Bank customers and employees in Colorado donated to Junior Achievement in 2015; Donations total nearly $50,000 in four years

WAYZATA, Minn. & DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- TCF National Bank (TCF Bank), a subsidiary of TCF Financial Corporation (TCF) (NYSE: TCB) and Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain, today announced TCF Bank customers and employees donated nearly $14,000 to Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain. During 2015, donations were collected at 35 TCF Bank branches in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado to support Junior Achievement educational programs that prepare young people to lead in the 21st century workplace through free enterprise, entrepreneurship, and personal financial literacy. During the past four years, TCF Bank customers and employees donated nearly $50,000 to Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain.

TCF Bank employees also volunteered at the Charles M. Schenck Community School in Denver on May 19, 2015 to teach students at the JA in a Day event. More than 180 TCF Bank employees in Colorado volunteered more than 1,150 hours at Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain events since 2012.
