Dallas I. Herron
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Herron has been in the oil industry for 40 years and is the CEO of CityServiceValcon Distributing, which markets petroleum products in Montana, Idaho, Washington and ten other states. Mr. Herron previously served on the Board of Directors of our subsidiary, Glacier Bank, for ten years.
Randall M. Chesler
President and Chief Executive Officer
Randall M. Chesler became the President and CEO of Glacier Bancorp, Inc. on January 1, 2017. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in April 2016. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Chesler served as President of Glacier Bank. Mr. Chesler has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including President of CIT Bank, the Salt Lake City-based banking subsidiary of CIT Group.
David C. Boyles
Mr. Boyles was appointed to the Board of Directors in July 2018. He is a banker with over 45 years of commercial banking experience. He served as Chairman of the Board of Columbine Capital Corp. and its subsidiary Collegiate Peaks Bank (“Columbine”) from 2006 to January 2018 when Columbine was acquired by Glacier Bancorp, Inc. Prior to joining Columbine, Mr. Boyles served for 22 years as the President of Guaranty Bank and Trust Company and also served as the 10th Federal Reserve District representative to the Federal Reserve Advisory Council from 2006 to 2008.
Sherry L. Cladouhos
Ms. Cladouhos was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in October 2010. Ms. Cladouhos is the retired President and CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield Montana.
James M. English
Mr. English was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in February 2004. Mr. English is an attorney in private practice and a partner in a commercial and real estate development company.

Annie M. Goodwin
Ms. Goodwin was appointed to the Board of Directors effective July 2012. Ms. Goodwin is an attorney in private practice and served as Montana's Commissioner of Banking and Financial Institutions from 2001-2010 and as Chief Legal Counsel for the Montana State Bank Board of Banking and Financial Institutional Division and the Department of Commerce from 1988-2001.
Craig A. Langel
Mr. Langel was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2005. Mr. Langel is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is President and Majority Shareholder of Langel & Associates, P.C., a consulting and tax services firm. He also teaches continuing education courses for Certified Public Accountants including annual tax updates, tax planning, valuation issues, and business advisory services through the auspices of Western CPE and the University of Montana.
Douglas J. McBride
Dr. McBride was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in September 2006. Dr. McBride is an optometrist in Billings, Montana.
John W. Murdoch
Mr. Murdoch is the retired Chairman of Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply, LLC, a ranch and home retail operation. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2005.
Mark J. Semmens
Prior to his retirement at the end of 2015, Semmens served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at D.A. Davidson & Co., a full-service investment firm based in Great Falls, Montana. In that capacity, he served as the lead investment banking advisor to Glacier Bancorp for 25 years, advising the Company on approximately 20 acquisitions and four capital raises. Semmens’ career at D.A. Davidson spanned 30 years and included roles on the firm’s board of directors, management committee and executive committee. He also has an extensive background in higher education, having served as a board member (and in the latter two cases, Chairman) of the Montana Board of Regents, the Montana Higher Education Student Assistance Corporation, and the Carroll College Board of Trustees.

Semmens is a graduate of Carroll College with degrees in Business Administration and Finance. He lives in Great Falls, Montana.
George R. Sutton
Mr. Sutton was appointed to the Board of Directors in September 2017. He is an attorney and Of Counsel to the Salt Lake City-based law firm Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough where he has practiced since March of 2008. Mr. Sutton served as the Utah Commissioner of Financial Institutions from 1987 to 1992, where he was responsible for regulating all state-chartered depository institutions and all consumer financial services providers in Utah. Since 1993, Mr. Sutton has specialized in bank regulation.
