As a global company, we know that a diverse workforce and a culture of inclusion can help unlock potential in our teams by bringing different strengths, perspectives and experiences to the work we do every day. We have a very ambitious Dream to build the world’s most loved restaurant brands, and we know that in order to do that, we need the right people. Our goal is to build a culture that attracts, develops and retains diverse employees, franchisees and suppliers to drive global growth.

We will continue to promote an increase in diversity throughout our hiring, advancement and retention efforts on our journey to help ensure that inclusion and diversity are integrated into all aspects of our business. We are committed to having a workforce that reflects the breadth of our guests throughout the world.

We established a Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Experience team for Restaurant Brands International, that helps foster belonging, advance the progress of women and under-represented minorities, promote career and personal development, and continuously make life RBI great for all of our talented people.
