Annie M. Goodwin

Ms. Goodwin was appointed to the Board of Directors effective July 2012. Ms. Goodwin is an attorney in private practice and served as Montana's Commissioner of Banking and Financial Institutions from 2001-2010 and as Chief Legal Counsel for the Montana State Bank Board of Banking and Financial Institutional Division and the Department of Commerce from 1988-2001.

Craig A. Langel

Mr. Langel was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2005. Mr. Langel is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He is President and Majority Shareholder of Langel & Associates, P.C., a consulting and tax services firm. He also teaches continuing education courses for Certified Public Accountants including annual tax updates, tax planning, valuation issues, and business advisory services through the auspices of Western CPE and the University of Montana.

David C. Boyles

Mr. Boyles was appointed to the Board of Directors in July 2018. He is a banker with over 45 years of commercial banking experience. He served as Chairman of the Board of Columbine Capital Corp. and its subsidiary Collegiate Peaks Bank (“Columbine”) from 2006 to January 2018 when Columbine was acquired by Glacier Bancorp, Inc. Prior to joining Columbine, Mr. Boyles served for 22 years as the President of Guaranty Bank and Trust Company and also served as the 10th Federal Reserve District representative to the Federal Reserve Advisory Council from 2006 to 2008.

Douglas J. McBride

Dr. McBride was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in September 2006. Dr. McBride is an optometrist in Billings, Montana.

George R. Sutton

Mr. Sutton was appointed to the Board of Directors in September 2017. He is an attorney and Of Counsel to the Salt Lake City-based law firm Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough where he has practiced since March of 2008. Mr. Sutton served as the Utah Commissioner of Financial Institutions from 1987 to 1992, where he was responsible for regulating all state-chartered depository institutions and all consumer financial services providers in Utah. Since 1993, Mr. Sutton has specialized in bank regulation.

James M. English

Mr. English was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in February 2004. Mr. English is an attorney in private practice and a partner in a commercial and real estate development company.

Sherry L. Cladouhos

Ms. Cladouhos was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in October 2010. Ms. Cladouhos is the retired President and CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield Montana.
