Career Path: Vishal is one of the original three employees at SNL India, where he helped set up the Bank & Thrift Accounting, Corporate Data Services and Energy Accounting groups. He began his SNL career as a Technical Manager in 2003 and was promoted to Associate Director of India Operations in 2004. Three years later, he took on the additional role of Content Manager for Corporate Data Services, becoming the first person from outside the corporate headquarters to take full ownership of a content group.

Analyst, Investor Relations

Data Architect

Facilities Technician

The Facilities Technician installs, maintains and repairs electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other facility control systems to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Implementation Consultant

We are currently looking for Implementation Consultants to work with clients of our SNLBanker product. SNLBanker is the industry's first reporting system that securely integrates data from several internal sources, such as a bank's core processor, general ledger, budget & profitability systems, CRM tools, and other systems to provide the insight needed to proactively manage the bank. Industry Expert Contract Opportunities

The SNL Center for Financial Education has contract opportunities for experienced investment bankers, private equity investors, securities analysts, and/or industry professionals to periodically teach open enrollment training seminars on various industry specific accounting and finance topics. Course offerings are delivered 2-3 times per year in public, open enrollment format and potentially on-site at organizations participating in a particular industry. The ideal candidate should have direct experience in banking, insurance, energy, or REITS and the subjects outlined below. Preference will be given to individuals with subject matter expertise in multiple topic areas. We are interested in candidates who can both develop new curriculum material and teach courses. Teaching experience is not required, however candidates with prior classroom experience and/or an affinity for adult education are preferred.

Course topics include: Balance Sheet Management, Credit Analysis, Financial Modeling, Risk Management, Capital Raising, Securities/Asset Valuation, Accounting, Project Finance.

The format of the training seminars is typically a combination of lectures, case studies and hands-on exercises intended for junior to mid-level professionals. Contract instructors may also be involved in the development of online training materials as needed.

Quantitative Analyst, Sales Operations

The Quantitative Analyst acts as Project Manager and point person for maintaining, developing and enhancing complex, statistical reports used to measure the success of SNL’s Sales, Client Services and Marketing teams.
